That’s Right - We have a Hire Studio Also…….

Alice Posing at Studio Frenzy

In amongst the excitement of creating tintypes and colloidian plates, teaching analogue black and white photography, understanding off-camera flash, learning new skills at Mount Barney Lodge, exhibiting fabulous new work in first time solo exhibitions, hosting industry workshops, hiring photographic equipment, processing old-school film (and selling it as well); we almost forgot the Studio at the back of Foto Frenzy.4U3A9259_aaa

Do you need a simple studio to complete that University/College assignment, shoot a fashion catalogue in a day, discreetly create a maternity shoot, finalise that unpublished Great Photographic Project, produce a series of corporate portraits, or just experiment with new techniques or equipment? Studio Frenzy may be your answer.

With 50 square metres of space, a 3.3 metre ceiling, stunning natural light by way of antique french doors and off-street parking……. and only six kilometres from the CBD - this may be the photographic solution for you.

We recently had Hollie from Zealous Swimwear working on a new catalogue with Stephanie taking the images. We can’t show you any images of course, (commercial-in-confidence), but we can show you the Studio in action.

It was a busy day at Foto Frenzy, with a constant stream of visitors to view the current exhibition, the girls (and there were lots of them) working on the catalogue, and our long suffering Ron matting and framing the fabulous Darren Jew Liquid Light Exhibition destined for display at the Bondi Pavilion in Sydney as part of the Head-On Festival.

Of course we really should spend more time talking about the Studio Cat, T-Max, but as he is nocturnal and lives in the ceiling, he is very rarely sighted.
